Salary: Php 30,000 to Php 38,000 + HMO on day 1

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with the Manager in developing, evaluating, and implementing initiatives and projects related to the Performance Management processes and aligned to Global HR Operations Strategy and in adherence to SLAs and quality standards
- Analyse internal Global HR Operations processes. Recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve the operation
- Escalate issues within the process
- Maintain data in tools and databases used by the function. Collaborate with Technology and People Systems Administration teams in implementing Performance Management Systems (PMS)
- Implement business continuity and recovery plans
- Perform other functions as may be assigned by the immediate manager from time to time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder. If undergraduate, the candidate should have relevant work experience twice the remaining years in college. (For ex: If you still have 2 remaining years in college, you should have 4 years of performance management experience)
- At least 2 years of Performance Management experience is required
- Proficient in MS Excel (Intermediate)
- Has experience with some HR tools/platforms (SuccessFactors, Workday or other similar tools)
- With exp. working in Shared Services company/ies (pref. assigned in EMIA region but not required)
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup (2-3 times onsite, BGC Taguig)
