We work closely with our offshore teams in the Philippines to support large-scale programs, providing high-quality delivery across performance, automation, and testing practices.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Performance Engineer with strong JMeter experience to support an enterprise engagement.

This is a hands-on role focused on performance testing, analysis, and optimisation across APIs and backend systems.

You'll be working closely with onshore teams to ensure systems perform at scale and meet performance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter
• Conduct load, stress, and endurance testing across applications and APIs
• Analyse performance results and identify bottlenecks and system constraints
• Provide clear insights and recommendations to engineering teams
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve performance issues
• Produce performance reports and metrics for stakeholders

Skills & Experience (Required)

• Strong hands-on experience with Apache JMeter
• Proven experience in performance testing of APIs and distributed systems
• Ability to analyse results and provide practical tuning recommendations
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with remote teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with Gatling, K6, or LoadRunner
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and performance integration
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
