Peoplesoft Developer

We are currently looking for a PeopleSoft Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who are passionate about PeopleSoft development and enjoy working in a collaborative, fastpaced environment.

Qualifications / Skillset Requirements

• At least 35 years of programming experience using PeopleTools and PeopleCode
• Strong knowledge of Application Engine, Component Interface, and SQR
• Proficient in SQL and Oracle Database
• Knowledge of DB2 or Mainframe is an advantage
• Experience with ServiceNow and Jira is a plus
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule as needed
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance componentlevel and systemlevel applications in the PeopleSoft environment
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including:
• Requirements analysis (functional and technical)
• Application design, coding, debugging, and integration
• Testing and quality assurance
• Deployment to test and production environments
• Transition to production support teams
• Maintain and update all relevant documentation and technical artifacts
• Provide inputs and updates for project planning and project management
• Work collaboratively in a team environment under PeopleSoft Support or Development & Maintenance
• Make sound decisions under pressure, even with incomplete information
• Act independently in determining methods and procedures for new or special assignments
