Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft customizations using: PeopleCode Application Engine Component Interface SQR
2. Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions
3. Develop and enhance PeopleSoft components, pages, records, and menus
4. Perform retrofit, unit testing, and support for PeopleSoft upgrades and patches
5. Create and maintain technical documentation (design specs, unit test results)
6. Support production issues and perform root cause analysis
7. Collaborate with functional analysts, business users, and technical teams
8. Ensure compliance with development standards and best practices
9. Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing activities
Must have and Good to have skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
2+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience
o Strong proficiency in:
o SQR
o People Code (Application & Component level.
o SQL (Oracle / SQL Server)
Knowledge of:
o Component Interface
o Linux
Experience working in development, test, and production environments.
