PeopleSoft Developer/Analyst

We are looking for a skilled PeopleSoft Programmer Analyst to develop, enhance, and maintain applications within the PeopleSoft environment. This role involves working through the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop or enhance component and system-level applications running in PeopleSoft.
• Analyze functional and technical requirements, design, code, debug, and integrate components.
• Perform unit testing, quality assurance, and deploy solutions to test and production environments.
• Transition applications to production support groups and maintain documentation for all processes.
• Provide inputs for project planning and updates for project management.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment, reporting to PeopleSoft Support or Development & Maintenance teams.
• Make sound decisions under pressure and act independently on new or special assignments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 35 years of programming experience in PeopleTools and PeopleCode.
• Proficient in Application Engine, Component Interface, and SQR.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle DB; familiarity with DB2 or Mainframe is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and Jira is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule as needed.
