We're looking for an HR & Org Development Manager who brings a strong functional leadership mindset and capabilities to help execute people strategies that drive performance, culture and engagement.

This role goes beyond traditional HR operations. You'll play a key part in translating HR and OD strategies into seamless execution across the entire employee journey from recruitment and onboarding to performance, learning, engagement, and offboarding. Core Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: You will manage and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with team needs through data-informed hiring practices.
  • Onboarding & Enablement: You will lead the coordination of onboarding and enablement journeys, creating structured transitions that accelerate new hires integration and readiness to contribute.
  • Learning & Development: You will serve as a project manager for learning programs, ensuring all sessions are well-executed, tracked, and optimized to support capability-building across roles.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Programs: You'll bring our values to life by coordinating culture-building and engagement initiatives that foster connection, alignment, and team morale.
  • People Team Communications: You will craft and manage internal communications that keep the tribe informed, aligned, and engaged with key people initiatives and updates.
  • Performance Management Support: You will oversee the implementation of our quarterly performance management process, ensuring prompt completion, data consolidation, and support for developmental conversations.
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration: You will handle payroll coordination, leave tracking, and benefits administration, ensuring our people systems are accurate, timely, and fully compliant with statutory requirements.
  • Offboarding & HR Operations: You'll ensure offboarding is managed professionally and consistently, while maintaining updated employee records and generating insights through timely HR reporting.

Who You'll Work With

You will report directly to the Head of People and to the President.

You will manage internal stakeholders such as the Leadership Team, Mancom, colleagues from other support functions and Employees and Affiliates of Acumen.
