The People SolutionsSenior Associatecollaborates withvarious departments including but not limited to: Payroll, Operations (service categories, States, Supervisors, Managers, Employees, etc.,) Human Resources:People & Culture (P&C), Talent Acquisition, Benefits, etc.,andcross-departmentally to ensure we areelevatingthe employee experience.The PSSprovidesa range of support to include but not limitedtoadministrative support, data-entryandreporting, andensureseffective and consistent delivery of HR services fortheassignedoperational and People&Culture (P&C)team.
Requirements:
Education And/Or Experience
- BA/BS Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any course relevant to the roleor;
- At least2-3yearsof experience inHumanResourcesInformation Systems, or other HR related role

- CommunicationSkills:Proven ability to enact effective interpersonal communication skills (verbal/written). Ability toread, write,analyzeand interpret complex documents and build effective presentations.
- Attention to Detail:Proven ability to effectively draft, proofread, updatereports, documents, data-entry etc.,consistentlyand accurately.
- Interpersonal Skills:Proven ability to enact effective interpersonal relations skills with (internal/external)stakeholders.Deliverseffective and consistent customer service.Effectively and proactivelycollaborates with colleagues and supervisors.
- Critical/Strategic Thinking:Proven ability toassess and resolve practical challenges and foster practical solutions.
- Project Management Skills:Proven ability toeffectivelyorganize, manage, and lead projects to ensuretimelydelivery.
- Technical Skills:Working knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (ADP,JobVite, Passport, etc.,) to include but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.,)
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previousexperience in HRIS, and/or HR is preferred.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR databases.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to apply analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.,)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and with a globally disbursed team.
