Level: Assistant Department Head
Overview:
We are looking for a People and Culture Manager who will champion the organization's people and culture strategy while fostering a positive, collaborative, and engaging work environment. This role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development, ensuring that people programs support organizational goals and enrich the overall employee experience. The position plays a key role in shaping a workplace culture focused on excellence, service, and meaningful experiences-crafting moments that create lasting memories.
Local Hire: Open to Filipino professionals.
Career Stability: Consistent work tenure, ideally 2-3 years per role.
Remote / Island Operations Experience: Background in managing or supporting self-sustaining resort operations in remote or island settings (e.g., Coron or similar locations).
Hospitality Leadership: 5-10 years of experience in hotel or resort operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
Luxury or Boutique Experience: Exposure to premium, lifestyle, luxury, or boutique hospitality environments.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Philippine labor laws, workplace safety, and international hospitality standards.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and remote island environment.
Passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering world-class guest and employee experiences.
Strategic and forward-thinking, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
