Sodarizer is a fast-growing lifestyle brand — home carbonation machines, CO2 refills, and a product people genuinely love. We're scaling hard across our sales and marketing channels, with so much more to come. The team we're building right now will help push us to ₱1 Billion — and we need someone who takes that responsibility seriously.

As our People & Culture Lead, you'll start by bringing the right people in. But the bigger mission is protecting and growing the culture they walk into — making Sodarizer a place people are proud to be part of, every single day.

What You'll Do

Phase 1 (Now)

  • Lead recruitment from job post to offer — sourcing, screening, coordinating, and onboarding
  • Handle HR admin: 201 files, documentation, and government compliance
  • Support payroll processing

Phase 2 (As the team grows)

  • Build and maintain onboarding experiences that reflect our culture
  • Develop people programs — recognition, team rhythms, values reinforcement
  • Support leadership with performance conversations and team development

This Role Is For You If

  • You care deeply about how people experience their workplace — not just whether the paperwork is done
  • You have 2–5 years in HR and you want to do more than process transactions
  • You're warm, dependable, and people naturally trust you
  • You're drawn to faith-driven organizations that genuinely put people first
  • You want your HR work to leave a mark

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 2–5 years HR experience with exposure to both recruitment and admin
  • Strong people skills — you're warm, clear, and easy to work with
  • Familiar with Philippine labor law and statutory requirements
  • Fully onsite

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in a startup, SME, or culture-conscious company
  • Has helped with onboarding or employee engagement initiatives before

NOT a Fit If

  • You treat HR as purely administrative
  • You're not comfortable working in a faith-driven company culture
  • You prefer a rigid, fully-defined role over one that grows with you
