As our People & Culture Lead, you'll start by bringing the right people in. But the bigger mission is protecting and growing the culture they walk into — making Sodarizer a place people are proud to be part of, every single day.
What You'll Do
Phase 1 (Now)
- Lead recruitment from job post to offer — sourcing, screening, coordinating, and onboarding
- Handle HR admin: 201 files, documentation, and government compliance
- Support payroll processing
Phase 2 (As the team grows)
- Build and maintain onboarding experiences that reflect our culture
- Develop people programs — recognition, team rhythms, values reinforcement
- Support leadership with performance conversations and team development

- You have 2–5 years in HR and you want to do more than process transactions

What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 2–5 years HR experience with exposure to both recruitment and admin
- Strong people skills — you're warm, clear, and easy to work with
- Familiar with Philippine labor law and statutory requirements
- Fully onsite
Bonus Points:
- Experience in a startup, SME, or culture-conscious company
- Has helped with onboarding or employee engagement initiatives before
