Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop candidate profiles.
  • Write and post engaging job advertisements across recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, SEEK, and industry job boards.
  • Source candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and talent pooling strategies.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and pre-employment checks (reference checks, working rights verification, and police checks).
  • Maintain clear and professional candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Update and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate recruitment pipeline records.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on the recruitment pipeline to internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding to ensure new starters have a smooth and positive Day 1 experience.
  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support People & Culture initiatives, including engagement, retention, and employer branding activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR documentation and resources.

Required Experience:


  • At least 24 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.
  • Proven experience managing multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems.
  • Experience coordinating interviews, onboarding processes, and recruitment reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong administrative capability.

Proficient With:


  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR platforms.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Recruitment reporting and candidate pipeline management.

Experience Advantage:


  • Experience supporting international recruitment (AU, US, or global teams).
  • Background in healthcare, allied health, or professional services recruitment.
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Exposure to HR compliance and employment legislation processes.
