The P&C Specialist supports the effective delivery of core human resources functions across the employee lifecycle. This role focuses on HR operations, employee relations, policy implementation, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive employee experience and compliance with company and labor requirements.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations & Administration- Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, contracts, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR databases.
- Support implementation and monitoring of HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.
2. Employee Relations & Support- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, attendance, and procedures.
- Assist in handling employee concerns, disciplinary processes, and documentation under the guidance of the P&C Manager.
- Promote a positive and respectful work environment aligned with company values.
3. Attendance, Leave & Timekeeping- Monitor attendance, leave filings, and timekeeping records using company systems and trackers.
- Coordinate with team leads and managers to ensure compliance with attendance and onsite work policies.
- Prepare attendance and leave reports for payroll and management reference.
4. Onboarding Support- Support onboarding process, including document completion and orientation schedule coordination with designated facilitators.
- Ensure new hires receive necessary information, tools, and access on Day 1.
5. Compliance & Documentation- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and internal controls.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation for employee movements, disciplinary actions, and exits.
7. HR Systems & Process Improvement- Support the use and maintenance of HR systems and tools (e.g., attendance platforms, HRIS).
- Assist in improving HR processes to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
- Generate basic HR reports and analytics as required.
Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or related field
- At least 24 years of HR experience
- Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
