Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution
  • Provide advisory support to business leaders on employee relations and HR matters
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, absence management, and HR operations
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR system integrity
  • Drive operational excellence and efficient HR service delivery
  • Support the implementation of people strategies and HR initiatives
  • Analyze employee feedback to improve engagement and overall employee experience
  • Foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex HR and business issues
  • Coach and guide team members while supporting high-performing teams
  • Uphold organizational standards, code of conduct, and professional guidelines

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Approximately 10 years of HR experience, including around 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience using HR case management systems
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to handle complex employee relations cases and inquiries
  • Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
  • Experience working in multi-location or global environments (preferred)
  • Familiarity with AI and digital tools in HR operations (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and systems thinking skills
  • Proven ability to coach, lead teams, and manage ambiguity
  • Continuous improvement mindset with strong adaptability
