ABOUT HELIOS
Helios is a fast-growing technology startup accelerating the Philippines transition to clean energy. We design and install rooftop solar systems and build the digital and financing infrastructure that makes renewable energy simple, accessible, and affordable for Filipino households.
As we scale nationwide, the Helios team is expanding quickly across engineering, sales, operations, and field installations. We are looking for a people leader who can shape the culture of a high-velocity climate-tech company and steward a respectful, inclusive, and high-performance workplace at every level of the organization.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Helios is seeking a People and Culture Lead to run the people and culture function as the company scales. This is a hands-on role focused on company culture, employee engagement, policy, and people partnership. You will own the day-to-day people function at Helios and work closely with the leadership team.
You will help build the programs, policies, and rituals that make Helios a place where great people do their best work — a culture of ownership, candor, and mutual respect. You will work across engineering, sales, operations, and field teams to bring our mission to life through a strong day-to-day employee experience.
As a fast-growing startup, Helios values people leaders who are equal parts thoughtful and hands-on — comfortable shaping a people program one day and rolling it out to the team the next.
