We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a People and Culture Coordinator to join the team in our Manila office.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

YOUR ROLE.

Reporting to the People and Culture Manager

The People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator supports the day-to-day HR operations of the Manila office and plays a key role in delivering people initiatives and employee lifecycle processes. This role partners closely with the P&C Manager, Talent Acquisition, and Manila leadership to ensure a positive employee experience from onboarding through offboarding, while maintaining compliance with company policies and HR best practices.

The P&C Coordinator also serves as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, supporting employee engagement initiatives, P&C operations, and benefits administration to help foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

Employee Relations & Employee Support

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to P&C policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
  • Provide first-tier people support across the Manila office.
  • Assist in addressing employee relations matters and escalate concerns to the P&C Manager when necessary.
  • Help reinforce adherence to company policies and P&C processes across the organization.

Benefits Administration & Payroll Support

  • Administer employee benefits programs including HMO and Group Life Insurance.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and coordinate with benefits providers when necessary.
  • Support payroll processing and coordinate with payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Maintain proper documentation for benefits enrollment, updates, and payroll-related records.

HR Administration & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and P&C documentation.
  • Ensure employee information is maintained accurately, promptly, and confidentially.
  • Manage the P&C Inbox and respond to P&C related inquiries.
  • Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Assist with other HR-related projects as needed.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned consistent with the role, provided appropriate training and guidance are given.

Employee Engagement & Employee Experience

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and programs within the Manila office.
  • Assist in conducting new hire check-ins to ensure successful assimilation into the firm and gather feedback on the employee experience at CohnReznick.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.

Your Experience.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or People & Culture roles
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR practices is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, and HR operations
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the proven ability to prioritize tasks and complete projects within deadlines
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees across different levels of the organization
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
