Overview
We are looking for a dynamic People & Engagement Manager to inspire a connected, high-performing team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead people strategy and foster trust across the organization, ensuring teams thrive and succeed.
Schedule:
- 8-hour workday within operational hours of 8:00 AM–10:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for employee feedback, well-being, and engagement initiatives
- Design and lead engagement programs, onboarding/offboarding, and recognition activities
- Track morale, retention, and performance metrics; drive improvement initiatives
- Partner with leadership to align people programs with business goals and support career development
- Strengthen communication, collaboration, and team effectiveness across all levels
Requirements
- 5–7 years in HR, employee engagement, people partnering, or organizational development
- Experience designing and evolving people programs in growing organizations
- Strong emotional intelligence, communication, and coaching skills
- Comfortable working across all levels and handling sensitive matters with discretion
- Understanding of employee lifecycle, organizational design, and culture-building
- Passion for creating a supportive, inclusive workplace; global/distributed experience is a plus
