Description

The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for enhancing the organization's workforce capabilities through effective training and development programs. This role will involve assessing training needs, designing curriculum, and delivering engaging learning experiences to employees across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement learning programs and training materials
• Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate program effectiveness
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for employees
• Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with organizational goals
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in Learning and Development or related field
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
• Experience with e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)
• Strong project management skills
