PEGA Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

Managing the overall project delivery and ensure delivery schedule is adhered

Prepare delivery schedule, effort and cost based on the client requirements and provide walkthrough o client on the same

Project Manager will be liable to achieve client sign-off on schedule, effort and cost presented

Providing weekly status reports to stakeholders

Ensuring that the project is timely by setting time marks

Facilitates daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.

Tracks and manages product backlog, burn-down metrics, velocity, and task break-down

Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint

Responsible to provide architectural solutions and do hands on with the team members to deliver technical requirement in Pega.
