Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Policy Servicing Associate where you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining policy records efficiently. With a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction you will utilize your MS Office skills to ensure seamless operations in a hybrid work model. This position offers rotational shifts providing flexibility and exposure to diverse tasks within the life and annuities insurance domain.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain policy records with precision to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to streamline policy servicing processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve policy-related queries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of policy documents ensuring timely delivery to clients.
  • Monitor policy changes and updates ensuring all modifications are accurately reflected in the system.
  • Support the team in conducting audits and reviews to maintain high standards of policy servicing.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries and provide solutions.
