Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Specialist based in Metro Manila. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees, managing payroll taxes, and handling garnishments. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting payroll issues, maintaining payroll records, and staying updated on payroll policies and compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR and Finance teams to deliver accurate payroll services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Payroll Processing and Payroll Administration
- Experience with Payroll Taxes and Garnishments
- Strong skills in Payroll Services and understanding of compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with payroll management software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
