About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with local regulations, and providing exceptional support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit government-mandated reports and filings.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for seamless payroll operations.
  • Assist in audits and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and local labor/tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
