Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, including the calculation of gross-to-net earnings, deductions, bonuses, and government-mandated benefits.
  • Audit and reconcile biometric logs, night differentials, overtime, and holiday pay in accordance with shifting schedules.
  • Ensure accurate withholding and timely filing of government remittances (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding pay discrepancies, tax concerns, and final pay computations.
  • Prepare monthly payroll registers, labor cost reports, and variance analyses for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably within the BPO or shared services industry.
  • * Proficiency in MS Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, and complex formulas).
  • Familiarity with HRIS or Payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local payroll platforms).
  • Deep understanding of local labor standards, tax classifications, and statutory benefit requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to meet strict deadlines, and a high degree of integrity in handling sensitive information.
