What You'll Do
- Take ownership of processing weekly timesheets in FastTrack360, ensuring accuracy and a smooth payday experience for all assigned client workers.
- Keep candidate and payee records up to date in FastTrack360 and Bullhorn, helping everyone stay informed and supported.
- Prepare and send invoices on time, making sure clients receive a professional and reliable service.
- Work closely with clients to understand their invoicing requirements and resolve queries promptly.
- Partner with the Accounts team to help resolve payment issues and keep cashflow running smoothly.
- Produce helpful ad hoc reports that support decision ‑ making and day ‑ to ‑ day operations.
- Use SharePoint confidently to manage information, documents, and workflows.
- Support the Payroll Manager with a variety of tasks, giving you exposure to broader payroll and administrative functions.
Key Criteria
- At least 3 years of experience in external payroll administration function for clients.
- Prior experience in working with Australian industry & occupation awards is desirable.
- Previous experience using FastTrack 360 or Bullhorn, or similar software would be a great advantage.
- Experience in the construction, building or manufacturing industry is desirable, but not essential.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast ‑ paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with payroll data, systems, and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and candidates.
- Proactive and solution ‑ focused, with strong decision ‑ making and problem ‑ solving abilities.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:00AM – 3:00PM PHT) onsite daily for the first 3 to 6 months. To transition to a hybrid set up of 2 days onsite and 3 days from home upon successful probation.
