Job Description

The Payroll Solutions Manager supports the Payroll Product Head in implementing BPI's payroll services for corporate clients. This involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, compliant onboarding and transition processes.

Responsibilities

  • Execute implementation tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with internal units and corporate HR teams to align requirements and timelines.
  • Track account opening progress and resolve delays.
  • Assist client employees with payroll setup and inquiries.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Lead internal training and develop client-facing resources.
  • Review payroll features and ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Handle escalated support issues and troubleshoot complex concerns.
  • Support other disbursement products through assigned product management tasks.

Qualifications

  • Willing to travel nationwide and work flexible schedules (including graveyard and overtime).
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and client engagement skills.
