We are currently seeking a driven and motivated Payroll professional to join us as in our Philippines team.
Reporting to the HR Services & Payroll Lead, you will be a key member of the Payroll team in the provision of an efficient and accurate Payroll function for the Philippines
This role is an on-site role and will be based in our office in Makati
An overview of the role:
- Supporting the Payroll team in the payroll process.
- Collaborating with the HR team to resolve employee payroll queries
- Providing timely and professional responses to payroll-related inquiries.
- Ensuring day-to-day operational payroll requirements are accurately and efficiently completed according to the Payroll Monthly Timetables
- Provide support to payroll team and assistant manager in the timely and accurate competion of the payroll
- Working with vendor to highlight issues with payroll and ensure compliance
- Reviewing all manual data entry and verifying interface data for accuracy.

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in large high-volume payroll function
- Experience in SAP system / ADP Global View will be an added advantage
- Customer experience mindset with a strong focus on delivering high-quality HR services.
- Exhibiting exceptional data entry skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
- Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as business, financial, and analytical acumen.
- Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Experience with payroll technologies would be advantageous
