Summary:
Ensures accurate and timely payment of salaries, allowances and benefits to all officers, rank & file and project employees as well as computation/release of terminal pay to separated employees in accordance with the Bank's existing policy.
How will you contribute:
- Ensures accurate and timely payment of salaries to all employees of the Bank.
- Ensures confidentiality of salaries and personal information of RCBC.
- Uploads and credits night differential and other allowances to rank & file associates.
- Computes for the retro-pay of all promoted employees or probationary employees regularized in their position.
- Computes for the retro pay of associates every CBA negotiation (including Attorney's fee deduction) and ensures accuracy of all data for upload to the Payroll System.
- Computes for the final/retirement pay of resigned/retired Rank & File associates.
- Handles the computation of RCBC Salary/Emergency Loans and Smart applications and ensures that approved loan amount should be within the allowed credit ratio.
- Ensures that all types of loans are uploaded/encoded to the Payroll System (examples: RCBC Salary/Emergency/ Housing/Car/Motorcycle/Union Loan as well as government loans such as: SSS/Pag-ibig, NHMFC).
- Prepares Certificate of Employment as requested by the employees of the Bank.
- Handles monitoring of resigning employees of the bank and provides requirements for clearance.
- Ensures timely replacement and release of all received defective/compromised ATM cards.
- Ensures that all undispensed cash are credited back to affected associate on time.
What will make you successful:
- College graduate preferably with Accounting background
- With experience in payroll process and knowledgeable in HR functions
- At least one year in handling payroll process
