We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR professional to join our Human Resources team to be based in Manila, Philippines. This role focuses on coordinating with vendors and ensuring timely administrative support for smooth HR and payroll processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate and submit accurate payroll inputs (e.g., overtime, bonuses, attendance) to payroll vendors in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, including new hires, transfers, and exits.
  • Ensure data accuracy, proper documentation, and timely completion of HR administrative processes.
  • Support benefits administration, leave management, and statutory compliance, including tax-related activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and payroll summaries for internal reviews and audits.
  • Maintain confidentiality of HR and payroll information and support HR projects or ad-hoc tasks as required.

Prerequisites for the role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 35 years of HR generalist experience, including hands-on payroll processing (local or international).
  • Good understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems (e.g., HReasily, Workday) is an advantage; able to work independently and collaboratively.
