Hiring: Payroll & Benefits Officer (PH) | Remote
If you have hands-on experience managing payroll end-to-end and a strong understanding of Philippine compliance, this opportunity may be a great fit for you.
This is not a support role. You will play a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time, and in full compliance with Philippine regulations—every payroll cycle.
What you'll be responsible for:
• End-to-end payroll processing (salary, overtime, bonuses, deductions)
• Timekeeping validation (attendance, leaves, adjustments)
• Government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
• Final pay computation (including 13th month pay, leave conversion, etc.)
• Payroll reporting, reconciliation, and audit support
• Responding to employee inquiries related to pay, benefits, and deductions
What we're looking for (non-negotiable):
• 4–5 years of experience managing Philippine payroll end-to-end
• Strong working knowledge of tax regulations, annualization, and statutory benefits
• Experience using HRIS or payroll systems (not purely manual processes)
• Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely payroll
• Hands-on experience with government remittances and reporting
• Ability to independently manage payroll processes with minimal supervision
