Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
- Preferably with 23 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Payroll Processing
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws and government benefit systems (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
- Basic knowledge of tax computation and reporting
- Proficient in MS Excel and HR/Payroll systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing (attendance, overtime, allowances, adjustments)
- Manage government-mandated remittances and loan reporting
- Handle payroll-related documentation and compliance
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee concerns
- Support day-to-day employee communications and HR operations
