Job Description
The
Payroll Associate is responsible for performing the end-to-end payroll process from timekeeping and payroll computation. This would include:
Weekly Final Pay Preparation/computation
- Clearance form tracking (endorsed by HR)
- Scheduling of releasing
- Updating of pay summary that will be used for computation
- Endorsement for checking and review
- Endorsement to Accounting for entry
- Coordinating with HR for the pay arrangement
- Attend to queries related to final pay
- Preparation BIR form 2316 for the resigned employees
Maintain Various Payroll Records And Prepare Reports
- Monthly withholding tax
- SSS, PHIC, HDMF contributions, loans, and other statutory payments
- Deductions made to employees (DFE)
Assist the team on payroll trackers such as but not limited to:
- Leaves extraction and checking
- Manual LILO and leaves checking
- Tracking and summarizing Incentives
- Statutory contribution monitoring
- Allowances computation
- Dispute monitoring
- Salary on Hold preparation
Help In Year-end Tasks
- 2316 softcopy and renaming
- Sending of soft copy to individuals workchat
Perform Daily Payroll Department Operations
Qualifications
- With 6 months - 1 year of payroll experience in any industry
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel
- Amenable to work on a hybrid work set-up
