Minimum 2 years experience in payroll, HR administration, data processing, or shared services
Australian payroll experience is required
Experience working with a payroll system
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Good Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to meet strict deadlines in a high-volume environment
Willing to work Australian shift hours
Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation (ATO, superannuation, Modern Awards)
Experience with payroll systems such as Chris21/iChris, SAP, Oracle, Preceda, Pay Global, or similar
BPO or Shared Services experience supporting Australian or APAC clients
the successful candidate will undergo on-site training at our Makati office for a few weeks, after which the role will transition to a work-from-home setup
