Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in payroll, HR administration, data processing, or shared services
  • Australian payroll experience is required
  • Experience working with a payroll system
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Willing to work Australian shift hours
  • Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation (ATO, superannuation, Modern Awards)
  • Experience with payroll systems such as Chris21/iChris, SAP, Oracle, Preceda, Pay Global, or similar
  • BPO or Shared Services experience supporting Australian or APAC clients
  • the successful candidate will undergo on-site training at our Makati office for a few weeks, after which the role will transition to a work-from-home setup
