Your role operates through the end-to-end management of certified payroll reports, subcontractor compliance tracking, and the reconciliation of payroll registers.

This is not a passive data-entry role. You are responsible for maintaining the compliance integrity of high-stakes construction projects, requiring disciplined follow-ups on documentation gaps and precise reconciliation of 401k contributions. YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 2+ years of payroll or accounting support experience
• High proficiency in Excel
• Ability to work independently within a remote setting
• Experience with recurring deadlines and workflow processes
