Global Payroll Administration

You own the execution of flawless payroll in a complex, multi-national context.

• Process high-volume weekly payroll for the US and monthly cycles for the UK seasonal workforce.
• Collaborate with the broader Payroll team to ensure global processes are consistent and audit-ready.
• Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local US tax regulations and UK statutory requirements.

Onboarding & Lifecycle Governance

You ensure every seasonal staff member enters and exits the organization with 100% data accuracy.

• Manage high-volume onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring all documentation is collected and validated.
• Coordinate payroll-specific onboarding to ensure Day 1 readiness for all staff.
• Monitor and resolve outstanding documentation requirements to prevent downstream payroll bottlenecks.

HRIS Integrity & Data Auditing

You are the primary guardian of the organization's Single Source of Truth.

• Maintain and audit employee records within the HRIS to ensure data integrity across IT and People & Culture departments.
• Conduct periodic internal audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies before they impact reporting.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for payroll-related inquiries, providing professional and efficient guidance.
