Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll and Benefits Supervisor based in Quezon City. The responsibilities of this role include overseeing employee benefits and compensation packages, managing payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness, evaluating and improving compensation and benefits policies, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights. The role also requires compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits management
  • Strong knowledge and skills in Compensation Management and Compensation & Benefits strategies
  • Proven Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data and recommend actionable solutions
  • Strong understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations in the Philippines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in payroll and benefits administration is preferred
