Job Summary
The Payroll Analyst will provide specialized payroll support for the global roll-out of salary payments to specific bank accounts for locally recruited staff. The role focuses on accurate payroll processing, system configuration, compliance, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely onboarding of missions.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing & Validation
- Prepare and validate payroll inputs for missions adopting UNFCU salary payments.
- Ensure correct dual-account salary distribution in Wave.
System & Data Management
- Maintain employee bank details and payment methods in Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Manage payroll relationships and payroll element configurations.
- Support controlled system configuration tasks and ensure workflow compliance.
Compliance & Controls
- Apply organizational payroll rules and procedures.
- Execute payroll control checklists and ensure compliance.
Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with HR, Treasury, and Country Offices for data collection and validation.
Other Duties
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Performance Expectations
- Timeliness: 100% completion of assigned validations within payroll cycle cut-offs.
- Compliance: Zero critical findings against payroll control checklists.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from country offices and leadership.

- Strict adherence to information security, confidentiality, and respectful workplace policies.
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of payroll systems, procedures, and salary calculations.
- Experience working in an ERP environment (Oracle preferred).
- High level of computer literacy.
- Strong command of MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
