Payroll Analyst

Scope of Work

1. Payroll Processing & Validation

• Prepare and validate payroll inputs for missions adopting UNFCU salary payments.
• Ensure correct dual-account salary distributionin Wave.

1. System & Data Management

• Manageemployee bank details and payment methods in Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Manage payroll relationships and element entries forconfigurations.
• Support controlled configuration tasks and workflow adherence.

1. Compliance & Controls

• Apply organizational rules
• Execute payroll control checklists

1. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with HR, Treasury, and Country Offices for data collection and validation.

Performance Metrics

• Timeliness: 100% completion of assigned validations within cycle cut-offs.
• Compliance: Zero critical findings againstpayroll control checklist.
• Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from CO focal points andleadership.

Access & Compliance

• System access provisioned perrole-based controls and segregation of duties.
• Strict adherence to information security, confidentiality, and respectful workplace policies.

Other duties

• Perform any other duties as may be assigned.

Acceptance Criteria

• Deliverables reviewed and signed off by Payroll Manager and Payroll Officer (SME).
• Compliance withpayroll SOPs and audit requirements.

Skills needed :

• Working knowledge of payroll systems and procedures, salary calculations and accounting made through payroll systems.
• Adaptation/knowledge in ERP environment.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Command onMS office tools
• Excellent communication skills
