Payroll Analyst

Title: Payroll Analyst

Work Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

Shift Schedule: 6am- 3pm

Work Set up: RTO

Job type: 6 months extendable contract

Purpose: The primary purpose of Payroll Processing is to execute pay on time and accurately each pay run for both inhouse and outsourced team, with the correct deductions and necessary withholdings including maintaining the employees&apos hours and payments, calculating commissions and bonuses, and print payroll reports for the master budget and expense budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing and executing the highly critical/priority and complex transactions/activities, including but not limited to the following:

Produce and Distribute Pay to employees bank accounts

Conduct Audit Activities

Produce General Ledger Feed

Payroll Reporting

Distribute vendor / government data as required

Post Payrun activities

Calculate Gross to Net

Acts as 1st level of escalation for the CL 12 in terms of misses in SL or challenges with Operations in executing real time action plans.

Provide trainings and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to other team members especially new members on tools and function as go-to person when there are inquiries arise.

Responsible to conduct QA checks for the C12s
