We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Payroll & HR Systems Coordinator who will ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing across client accounts. This role is also responsible for supporting payroll system implementations and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and service delivery; and provide accounts and HR systems support to maintain smooth financial and people operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and review client payroll in accordance with legislation, awards, and agreements
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Support payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Assist with payroll audits and data validation processes
- Support setup and implementation of Employment Hero payroll systems for clients
- Assist with data migration, system configuration, and testing
- Ensure payroll structures align with client requirements and compliance obligations
- Prepare and process accounts payable including client bills and operational expenses
- Assist with invoicing of client work, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Set up new clients across internal systems (e.g. accounting platforms, Toggl, Microsoft Teams)
- Maintain accurate financial and operational records
- Support Employment Hero HR implementations as capability develops
- Assist with system configuration aligned to HR processes and workflows
- Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes, including system setup and documentation
- Assist with BOOT (Better Off Overall Test) assessments
- Conduct payroll audits and support compliance reviews
- Provide administrative and systems support across HR projects as required
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in payroll processing, particularly within the Australian market
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, awards, taxation, and superannuation compliance
- Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems, preferably Employment Hero
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in processing payroll transactions
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Australian clients or understanding of Australian workplace culture
- Familiarity with Australian payroll software such as MYOB, Xero, or similar
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidates must be willing to work on-site.
