Payroll & HR Services Analyst | Shared Services

The salary range on this post is NOT the actual Budget of our client. Salary offer depends on your skills and experience and for approval of our client's management. They may still negotiate you.

Specific Position-Title of this post is : HR Services Analyst

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
• Willing to work on any shift assigned / shifting schedule especially Midshift schedule: 2PM - 11PM (as we are still verifying the details; but we prefer candidates who can work on any shift/shifting especially Midshift)
• Willing to work on site in Aseana,Paranaque but must be amenable to work as well in WC City Center BGC, Taguig (Company will relocate this January 2027)
• At least 3 years - 5 years of relevant experience in Payroll Administration, HR Operations, Shared Services, or People Operations.
• Experience in supporting onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding processes.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance, taxes, and government contributions.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and employee data management.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle employee inquiries professionally.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentialit
• Good communication skills
