Role Description The Payroll Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Navotas, responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes for all employees. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and processing regular payroll runs, validating timekeeping data, and ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, garnishments, and benefits. The role involves maintaining payroll records, reconciling payroll accounts, and ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations and company policies. The Payroll Administrator will also respond to employee inquiries, coordinate with HR and Accounting on compensation and benefits, and assist with reporting, audits, and continuous improvement of payroll procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Payroll Administration, including end-to-end processing, record-keeping, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of Garnishments and Payroll Taxes, with the ability to apply relevant laws and regulations accurately.
  • Experience handling Employee Benefits and coordinating with HR on compensation-related matters.
  • Foundational Accounting skills to support reconciliations, reporting, and collaboration with the finance team.
  • Proficiency with payroll software and MS Excel; experience with HRIS or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; prior payroll experience preferred.
