As a Payment Solutions Specialist, you are the expert who ensures our financial transactions run smoothly. You sit at the intersection of customer service and financial operations, helping clients navigate payment methods, resolving billing issues, and ensuring that funds move securely and efficiently. Your goal is to make the checkout and payment experience as seamless as possible.

Core Responsibilities

  • Payment Processing: Oversee the daily processing of transactions, including credit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets, ensuring everything is captured correctly.
  • Billing Support: Act as the go-to person for customers with complex billing questions, payment failures, or refund requests.
  • Dispute & Fraud Management: Monitor for suspicious activity and manage chargebacks or payment disputes by gathering evidence and working with banks to reach a resolution.
  • System Optimization: Help customers set up and optimize their payment gateways or software, ensuring they are using the most efficient and cost-effective methods.
  • Reconciliation: Collaborate with the Finance team to match processed payments with internal records, identifying and fixing any discrepancies.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all payment activities follow financial regulations and security standards (like PCI-DSS) to protect sensitive customer data.
