Job Title: Pay and Benefits Lead

Position Summary
As the
Pay and Benefits Lead, you will
steer with integrity and respect by ensuring fair, accurate, and timely administration of compensation and benefits programs. This role demands a proactive leader who can
accelerate with precision in managing payroll processes, compliance, and employee welfare initiatives. You will
shift into high gear by driving continuous improvement in pay and benefits strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with organizational goals and market competitiveness.
- Manage vendor relationships for benefits programs, negotiating contracts and monitoring service quality.
- Analyze and report on compensation trends, benefits utilization, and cost-effectiveness to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting for pay and benefits.
- Drive process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience in payroll and benefits administration.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous learning.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years of leadership background in payroll, compensation, and benefits management.
- Undergraduates are welcome, provided they have at least 7 years of relevant experience and a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role in payroll, compensation, and benefits.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems (web-based); advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to steer with integrity and respect across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to accelerate with precision under tight deadlines and adapt to changing business needs.
Amenability
- Willing to work full onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
- Available for a fixed weekday late mid-shift or night-shift, with weekends off.
