Key Responsibilities - AMT (Advanced Medical Therapy)Client Workflow Oversight
- Manage the end-to-end Advanced Medical Therapy client journey between NPs and studios.
- Ensure clients progress on time through intake, telemedicine, prescribing, and follow-ups.
- Serve as the primary operational hub for AMT client flow and coordination.
Airtable Tracking and Monthly Management
- Maintain, update, and regularly audit Airtable dashboards for all GLP clients.
- Track monthly prescription activity, program adjustments, survey completion, and follow-up requirements.
- Refresh dashboards to reflect operational or clinical updates as needed.
- Communicate, verify, and adjust medication tiers in POW based on NP direction or client status.
- Proactively identify and resolve data gaps before they impact patient care.
AMD Form Monitoring
- Monitor AMD daily for newly submitted forms, including HHF, consents, medical history, and labs.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately populated in each client chart.
- Flag missing, incomplete, or incorrect forms to studios for prompt resolution.
Calendly Appointment Pre-Check
- Review upcoming appointments to confirm all required AMD documentation is complete.
- Verify health history completion and required lab uploads.
- Reschedule, place on hold, or escalate appointments that do not meet pre-check requirements.
Studio and NP Communication Management
- Facilitate and manage communication between NPs and studios.
- Ensure NP guidance is communicated clearly and in a timely manner to studios.
- Keep NPs informed of studio-related issues, including missing documentation or client concerns.
- Track all open items through completion and closure.
Ship-to-Home Tracking Support
- Provide studios with tracking support for ship-to-home GLP clients.
- Manually monitor shipments from partner pharmacies (CSM).
- Assist studios in setting clear delivery expectations and troubleshooting shipping delays with clients.
