Responsibilities
The Patient Experience Officer is responsible for delivering a warm, seamless, and compassionate clinic experience by assisting patients, managing appointments, and ensuring efficient daily operations. The officer works closely with medical, frontline, and operations teams to support smooth patient flow, uphold service standards, and enhance overall patient satisfaction in alignment with the clinic's brand and service excellence goals.
