Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid role for a Head Associate based in Pateros, with flexibility to work from home for certain tasks. The Head Associate will be responsible for overseeing and managing operations in assigned areas (Pateros, Marikina, and San Juan), coordinating with team members, monitoring progress, and ensuring overall productivity. The role includes engaging with local stakeholders, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring alignment with the company's goals for efficiency and sustainable practices.
