Parts Sales Supervisor

As a Parts Sales Supervisor, you are to manage the end-to-end dealer order processing, coordinate sales support requests across departments, and ensure timely fulfillment to uphold service standards. The role also maintains sales reporting templates, supports supplier procurement transactions, and drives activities that secure reliable parts availability and dealer sales target achievement.

About the opportunity

1. Timely processing of dealer orders, payments coordinated with finance, and pullouts scheduled without delay.

2. Immediately escalate and resolve order processing errors or system issues to avoid delays that could affect dealer sales.

3. Submit an accurate sales forecast every 3rd and 4th week of the month to align dealer targets with actual performance and adjust strategies proactively.

4. Maintain and disseminate regular sales and order reports, providing visibility on dealer performance and identifying gaps against targets.

5. Keep dealer agreements and profiles updated to ensure compliance and readiness for sales programs or promotions.

6. Analyze waiting times for part-related job stoppage at dealerships and recommend corrective actions to minimize lost parts revenue.

7. On dealer order cancellation requests, provide back-order status reports as the basis for recommended action plans.

8. Review and provide key findings with recommended action plans to improve waiting time on part-related job stoppage at dealership workshops.

9. Proactively recommend enhancements to order processing workflows that may hinder seamless dealer transactions and sales conversion

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree holder in any course

2. Proficient in MS Office

3. With at least 3 years of experience in Automotive parts sales and dealer coordination at a distributor or dealership level

4. Willing to work on-site in Makati City

5. A candidate who can drive a four-wheeler and has a valid driver's license is a huge plus
