Parts Officer oversees the operations of the parts department with the objective of managing inventory level, ensure efficient parts distribution, and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers in line with the company policy and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management Monitor and manage parts inventory level by implementing inventory control measures to control shrinkage and overstocking.
- Marketing and Merchandising Conceptualize and ensure execution of parts marketing program. Ensures displays are updated and arranged neatly and attractively
- Marketing and Merchandising Conceptualize and ensure execution of parts marketing program. Ensures displays are updated and arranged neatly and attractively
- Problem Resolution Recommend corrective actions based on evaluation findings and feedback from team members to address issues promptly.
- Reporting and Analytics Generate and analyze reports related to inventory levels, sales performance, and financial data and use data insights to make decisions on stocking, pricing and process improvement.
- Document Control Review and verify parts order request for accuracy, completeness, and ensure that the approval is within the company policies.
