Job Description

Prepare new model development schedule.
Prepare new assembly development schedule for new parts that needs second process.
Prepare Quality Documents needed for the approval of customer.
Provision of standard documents needed for Mass production
Evaluation and submission of parts to customers for new products and molds that undergo repair, modification and improvement.
Update and follow up customer for product approval.
Provision of jig design for new product model with coordination to tooling team.
Attend internal and external meetings related to new parts for development
Handle trials for new molds and molds that undergo repair, modification and improvement.
Analyze mold defect and problems encountered during initial mass production, find root cause and make necessary countermeasures.
Prepare trial report and parameter setting for new products and molds that undergo repair, modification and improvement.
Analyze mold related problems encountered during mass production.
Proposed improvement for problematic molds
Conduct evaluation and report for new fabricated mold
Make development schedule for new fabricated molds and mold for repair or modification.
Conduct mold incoming inspection
Spearhead Process improvement activity.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by Immediate Superior.
