We are seeking a strategic, proactive, and highly organized Partnerships Associate / Partnerships Specialist to support the development and management of our partner ecosystem. This role will work closely with the Partner Manager to onboard new partners, manage partnership relationships, coordinate joint initiatives, and support the growth of strategic alliances.
The ideal candidate is analytical, business-oriented, and able to think strategically about how partnerships can create value for the company. This role involves collaboration with technology partners, vendors, and strategic organizations to expand our market reach and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Onboarding
- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new strategic partners that align with the company's business objectives.
- Support the partner onboarding process, including documentation, internal coordination, and system registration.
- Maintain an organized partner database and records.
Contract & Documentation Support
- Review and support the processing of partnership agreements, MOUs, and collaboration contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, management, technical teams) for contract review and approvals.
- Ensure all partnership documents are properly filed, tracked, and maintained.
Partner Relationship Management
- Serve as a point of contact for partner communications and coordination.
- Assist in managing ongoing partner relationships and engagement activities.
- Monitor partner performance and collaboration outcomes.
Strategic Partner Evaluation
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential partners that can strengthen the company's capabilities, technology offerings, or market reach.
- Evaluate potential partnerships based on strategic value, revenue opportunities, and long-term collaboration potential.
- Provide recommendations to leadership on partner selection and partnership strategies.
Presentation & Proposal Preparation
- Prepare partnership presentations, proposals, and supporting materials for partner discussions.
- Assist in developing joint business plans and partnership strategies.
- Support the creation of internal reports and partnership updates.
Partner Programs & Coordination
- Track participation in partner programs (technology vendors, alliances, or ecosystem partnerships).
- Coordinate joint marketing, technical collaboration, and partnership initiatives.
- Assist in preparing for partner meetings, workshops, and collaboration sessions.
Meetings, Events & Travel
- Organize and attend partner meetings, events, and industry engagements.
- Occasionally travel to meet partners, attend conferences, or represent the company in partnership discussions.
- Support logistics and preparation for partnership engagements.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams including business development, technical teams, and leadership to align partnerships with company goals.
- Help communicate partnership opportunities to internal stakeholders.
QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
Experience
- 14 years of experience in business development, partnerships, account management, or strategy roles.
- Experience working with technology companies, vendors, or strategic alliances is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to review contracts and understand partnership agreements.
- Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and presentation development.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
