Role Overview:
The right candidate will lead key functional areas of Teacher and Partner Community Management under Educator Programs, designed to enhance STEM teacher competencies and promote professional growth. This role requires a strategic and dynamic leader who can drive partnership development, beneficiary engagement, and program performance and impact evaluation, while ensuring alignment with the foundation's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Management
- Develop and execute partnership strategies with key education stakeholders including DepEd, regional and local divisions, local government unit and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and cultivate partnerships that advance program reach, sustainability, and innovation.
- Establish and manage partnership frameworks, including MOUs, partnership scorecards, and engagement reviews to ensure accountability and alignment.
- Represent the foundation in multi-stakeholder forums, building visibility and thought leadership in the education and STEM ecosystem.
Program Distribution and Roll out
- Lead strategic planning and execution of program roll out, ensuring readiness across content, systems, and operational logistics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content, LMS, and platform implementation with program objectives.
- Oversee on-boarding and capacity-building for partner schools, divisions, and teachers, ensuring consistent engagement and quality experience.
- Deliver compelling presentations and program briefings to diverse stakeholders to promote understanding and support.
Beneficiary and Community Management
- Design and oversee beneficiary engagement strategies to ensure programs respond effectively to teacher and school needs.
- Create user journey maps and feedback loops across all touch points to enhance the beneficiary experience.
- Implement mechanisms for teacher support and issue resolution, ensuring responsive and equitable service delivery.
- Lead periodic feedback sessions, FGDs, and consultations with beneficiaries and partners to inform continuous improvement.
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Impact
- Design and implement a results-based monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework that measures both process efficiency and long-term impact.
- Establish key indicators and data collection systems to assess reach, effectiveness, and beneficiary outcomes.
- Generate insights and impact reports to guide program improvement, inform strategy, and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with research teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations for scale and sustainability.
Process, Team, and Culture Management
- Design and optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and program accountability.
- Manage and mentor program staff, fostering a high-performance culture grounded in collaboration, service, and learning.
- Champion the foundation's values in all interactions and build a culture of excellence and empathy across teams.
Cross-Functional and Strategic Contributions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure program integration, knowledge sharing, and alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
- Contribute to strategic planning and organizational learning by identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities in the education landscape.
- Perform other related functions to support the foundation's evolving priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related fields; a Master's degree is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of managerial or leadership experience in a service-oriented or non-profit organization.
- Proven experience in partnership management, community engagement, or account management in a service driven environment
- Proven track record in project and program implementation
- Good understanding and hands-on experience in developing and implementing adult learning strategies through diverse and multi-modal platforms to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
- Familiarity with the Philippine K–12 education system and STEM education landscape will be an advantage.
